Interview
The interview process was pleasant. They really want to get to know you as a person which is great! I learned a lot about the company and its culture through the kindness of those who interviewed me.
Standard PR agency interview. Process oriented company so they want to know about your process/how you stay organized. If you're applying for a media role - make sure you read the news & can talk about your pubs. Bonus points for alternative media (substacks, podcasts, ETC).
