There was an online application, and then normal interview questions with the manager, like behavioural, how you would deal with certain situations, and then they had me do a competency in math test

Walk in's is good. They call you back if you are qualified and invite you for a face to face interview and straight after the face to face interview they will tell you if you are hired.
