The interview was subpar. The two women who interviewed me in sighted no passion about their organization and left me feeling no desire to work there. The questions they read off of a sheet of paper and barely made eye contact while I was answering. Early on in the interview, I realized I had no desire to work there and would no longer be pursuing the position. Professionalism in an interview is important, however, coldness is not.
