Interview has five stages . I had three levels with architects including technical interviews and presentation, one stage you will be given link and asked to present your ideas in given time, last level with HR if you applied directly or it will be your job recruiter.
4 rounds, and format seemed good at understanding skills to needs match. One of the rounds is a paper responding to a challenge. So a lot of rounds to progress, but the process is quite quick.
