Oxnard School District interview questions

Interview was done via zoom with myself and two other individuals from the school district. They asked a lot of “think of a time when…” questions which can be difficult if you’ve never been in the same situation they are asking about. They also asked a lot of “if you are hired, what would you do…” questions which are also difficult because you have no idea what their process and procedures are… I almost disconnected the interview multiple times and couldn’t wait for it to be over…

The first interview was a zoom where I was asked about my experience and how I would handle certain situations. They’ve invited me now three times for an in-person. I declined twice before.
