Oxidor Laboratories interview questions

The interview was nice. They said they will let me know the result in 1-2 weeks but never heard anything from them. After 3 weeks I called and asked if I pass the interview or not. They told me that they have not made decision yet. Then after a month, I get an email to come to interview again.
