The process, from start to finish, took around six weeks. Screening call, first and second interviews, then references and a background check. I had to give a presentation on the 2nd interview. Everyone was very nice yet thorough in the line of questions. I was never left in the dark about the next steps or how long I would have to wait for feedback. Overall, a very well-organised hiring process with a great team of people.
