After applying via Linkedin I was messaged by the CEO advising that I was included in Stage 2 of the interviews (up to 8 candidates) and requested a submit a short video answering a couple of questions. It was highlighted a couple of times that only a few candidates were invited to stage 2. Candidates were also encouraged to ask questions. I had a few questions prior to submitting a video which were ignored, once the video was submitted I did not receive any feedback despite chasing, which was disappointing as I am personally a huge fan of the brand and its products. Anyone who is applying for jobs knows how time-consuming the application process as well as researching the company and preparing for an interview is. The least the company could do is acknowledge and give little feedback.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself & why do you want to work here
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oxford Biolabs (Lviv)
Interview
Unprofessional and old-school approach, standard questions from HR. CEO is kinda trying to look into your personality but in reality it's just wasting of time. Sometimes Owner takes part, but nothing special with that, he doesn't really care.
