Oxbridge Home Learning interview questions

Formal, lots of questions not relevant to the role itself. Didn't know who they were interviewing, seemed uninterested in who you are, didn't have full understanding of the role being advertised

Applied via email through a current employee's recommendation. I was working in a similar role and a school, I had mentioned I wanted a change. The interview was conducted online, I had 2 interviews (the second was in person in Birmingham) and I was later offered the position. I have had 2 promotions since my joining.
