Once screen by HR, you are interviewed by a panel of nurses/techs/manager. They ask you a series of questions that are about your experience and situations you can share. It’s intimidating to be interviewed by a group but questions were straight forward.

Quick and easy process with a HR screening interview, followed by a more in depth interview with the team in person. I was asked about my experience and why I wanted to work on the unit I was applying for.
