Complete a marketing test and one slide presentation. If you make it to the second round, you present your presentation to recruiter at thw end of interview. Third round has 4 types of interviews (leadership, values, data, strategy)

The first thing you do is complete an Analytics Assessment. If passed, you then do a 30-minute general interview with someone from HR. If selected, the final round consists of a 15-minute interview with the CEO, and then 3 30-minute interviews with managers from various teams. It seemed like a lot going into it, but the interviews weren't super intense, and everyone was super nice.
