The outlook group conducted a online form based test.
The form consisted of questions similar to the ones that will be asked in a one on one interview.
It was a simple interview process. It consisted of simple questions related to marketing and customer relationship management. The interviewer was polite and gave time for thinking about the questions and answering them in an appropriate manner.
