The interview process was incredibly smooth and the interviewer (Adam) was friendly and warm which made the interviews I had enjoyable and something to look forward to. The interviewer really made a great first impression on the company as he clearly demonstrated what the culture of Outfund was about. I also particularly enjoyed the culture interview with two boys from the sales department who made me feel so welcome and I ended up leaving with a huge smile on my face!
