My first meeting was with the Recruiter. A week later I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. A week later I met with the CMO. Two weeks later they notified me that I was going through the panel. This was 2 interviews with adjacent team members. We had an assignment after the panel interview. I was given the offer 2 weeks after the assignment was due.
