I responded to a Craiglists ad for an administrative assistant position for a speech therapy clinic and recieved a call to arrange an interview about a week later. The person who spoke with me on the phone was very cordial and informative. When I went in the for interview, I was asked to fill out an application (simple questions). I did have to wait a little while because the interviewer was not ready. Afterwards, when we got the interview started, she explained to me what the position entailed and asked me questions about my previous work experience, computer skills, etc. Then I was asked to write a sample letter to test my writing skills and she stepped out of the room so that I may complete it. Soon afterwards, another gentleman entered and interviewed me in Spanish (as this position requires fluency in both languages). After he left, I waited for the first interviewer to return and collect my writing sample. Then she escorted me to the door of the office.
