My interview process at Otus was really enjoyable! I met several employees from various teams who were all great. Senior leadership was even involved in my first interview which I was impressed with and excited about. Communication was clear and concise. The interview process consisted of a phone screen followed by two team interviews. The phone screen and first two interviews happened in just over a two week span. Two weeks after the final interview, I was asked to confirm my references. A week after that, I was informed that they were going with another candidate who more closely aligned with the needs of the position (which I had anticipated because my references were not reached out to). Overall, the interview process was fun and enjoyable. The people at Otus were amazing, their product is innovative, and I would jump at the opportunity to interview for a position here again.
