I applied online. I interviewed at Ortiz Enterprises (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interview was strange and sketchy. They described the first interview as “more of a meet & greet lasting around 15-20 minutes....great way for us to get to know you better face to face and for you to learn more about Ortiz Enterprises and the position you applied for.”, however it ended up just being a yes or no questionnare. They basically ask if you can type, read, write, input data, travel, etc., making the whole process last less than 5 minutes. It was conducted by two men, one of whom was clearly the boss, distracted and on his phone the whole time (why even bother sitting in on the interview), and the other man was younger and nervously asking the questions as his boss sat “listening” in. I was offered to come back for a second interview but it was offered in such a weird almost “rehearsed lines” way that it seemed like no matter what I could’ve said, they were going to offer me to come back. I definitely walked out of there feeling sketched out and did not return for a second interview.
My sketched out vibes got solidified when I read other Glassdoor reviews of people feeling the same way.

Interview
Interview process is a standard 3 round interview. Unlike most interviews it was very genuine in finding out what makes me tick. I honestly had great vibes from everyone who I interviewed with and encountered.

Easy interview. Misleading because you think you're called in for a marketing position but its really a sales position. They say they'll train you into a management position but they want you to work at a kiosk. It was a waste, misleading, and pretty sketchy. Do your research before you go! They write their own positive reviews but once you're there you see first hand it's not what you applied for not even close.
