The interview process felt unprofessional and informal. The interviewer appeared noticeably disengaged, showing little interest in my experience. He even expressed frustration over having to conduct numerous interviews, despite that being part of his role. At one point, he even cut me off mid-sentence to address someone else. His responses to my questions were largely irrelevant, and the follow-up email I received was incorrectly addressed regarding the position I applied for. Overall, the experience left me with the impression that this organization is disorganized and lacks direction. I wouldn't recommend investing time applying here.
