First, I had to submit a sample of an email that I would have sent to a parent that had questions about what executive functioning is, what kinds of methods are used to combat EF deficits, etc. Then, there was a brief phone call about my general background and teaching preferences/experiences. My third interview was with the supervisor I would be working with directly, and there was a final touch base (approx. 5 minutes) phone call with the CEO of the company.
