Very casual. After a brief phone interview, I met with the Hospitality Supervisor at a table in the common area where we chatted for about 40 minutes. We shared histories and discussed the role Ordway culture plays a role in the Hospitality Department. Since I had already been interning in the Education Department, we were able to jump quickly into job technicalities. My feeling was that the primary objective of the interview was to determine if I had the up-beat, friendly attitude she was looking for, which thankfully, I do.
