I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions (Oregon City, OR)
Interview
The supposed interview never happened. An HR representative reached out, set up a phone appointment, then completely blew me off. I called and emailed to follow up, but neither were returned. Very frustrating as I’d rearranged other work and meetings to make time for it. Glad I didn’t go to work for a company that disregards the time of its prospective employees.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions (Holt, MI) in Dec 2022
Interview
Initial screening on the phone, phone call with hiring manager, then onsite the following week with hiring manager and Manufacturing team. One team member was unavailable, so followup virtual meeting the next day. All scheduling was done through the initial screener. STAR interview format, but they are very transparent about this and want you to succeed. It took a while for them to reach out to follow up since I applied online, but after that, the process moved fast. I appreciated their respect for my time throughout the whole process.

Question 1
Name a time you had convince your team to get on board with an idea, even if it wasn't popular.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was drawn out, from start to finish. The rejection came after weeks of stalling from the hiring team. Overall, this was not the best experience, and left me avoiding applying to future positions within Orchid, especially after reading glassdoor reviews of other sites.
