Interview
Several rounds of interviews. Social interviews. Really nice people but COO was unprofessional with her questions and was drinking while interviewing I get that it’s a beer software company but there’s needs to be a bit of professionalism and not drinking while trying to conduct an interview to make a clear headed decision.

Interview
First, I was chosen for a phone screening type interview with the recruiter/HR person.
Next, I was brought in for a 1:1 interview with my immediate supervisor to go over my resume and background and skill set early on a Friday morning.
I was called later that day and was asked to come back (same day) for a group interview during Happy Hour to see if I was a good culture fit.
I did not know what to expect so I wore a suit for the first interview, but jeans and a blouse for the more casual happy hour interview.

Interview
Brief first round telephone interview, followed by an in person interview with direct supervising executive leadership member. This interview was highly detailed and engaging. Next came a second round in-person interview in with a combination revolving door/panel interview with executive team and a selection of potential direct reporting and peer leadership level team members. The final round in-person interview was in a casual, social setting with an array of individuals across the whole company. Overall, the experience was lengthy but in depth. I felt that I got the opportunity to feel out the overall company culture, leadership team and owners in the process. I enjoyed meeting the different individuals and seeing how passionate everyone was about their job and the company.

There were a wide array of questions about my technical qualifications, previous experiences, hobbies, leadership style, etc.
