Orchard Software interview questions

I was reached out from a recruiter via LinkedIn and had roughly 3 interviews.. I thought everyone was nice however I never heard back from them. I think it's rude not to at least call or email a person when I spent time to prepare and interview. I'm founding out that is the new norm these days and it's actually discouraging to even interview.

Straight forward. Everyone was friendly. The technical interview was well done. With a couple of employees we worked through some actual code and discussed issues and places where it could be improved.
