I went through three rounds of interviews with Opus Agency. The first two conversations felt engaging and conversational, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the team and the role.
The final interview, however, was significantly more intense and heavily focused on situational and behavioral questions. It felt less conversational and more rapid-fire, which made it challenging at times. While I understand the importance of assessing real-world problem solving, the shift in tone between rounds was noticeable.
Overall, the process was organized and clearly competitive. I would recommend candidates prepare thoroughly for detailed situational questions in the later stages.
