Situational question - how you handle tight timeline and stressful situation
Very long and it was difficult. I found it very hard overall. Questions were hard. I found it hard to prepare overall but it wasnt meant to be. I recommend studying for this and being confident.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optus (Sydney) in Mar 2022
Interview
Not recent. A bit overwhelming at first but the employees and managers warmed up, Human resources interactions okay too. Not sure I'll consider the next steps. I'd like to hear from employees re job satisfaction and values.
