Really ambiguous and least professional experience I've had. Started off with the recruiter calling me out of the blue after I submitted an application, and interviewing me on the spot without scheduling anything. Then I had first round with the hiring manager which went well. Second interview, I was told would be a behavioral interview, but they added a short case in it without telling me beforehand, which I was totally mentally unprepared for. Suffice to say, I did not make it to third round.
