I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Optos
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me, asking if I’d be interested in applying. After talking some more, they set up an initial interview. First interview went great. I was quickly asked to do a second interview with other members of the team. After doing that, I was told the team would get together to discuss before doing a final round of interviews. Time came and went, I heard nothing from Optos or their recruiter. I reached out asking for an update, did not receive a reply. I really enjoyed the interview process, so I was disappointed to be ghosted, especially since the job is still posted all this time later. Even if I were not selected, it would’ve been nice to receive some feedback.
