Optix Solutions interview questions

Multiple interviews with different settings and focuses. They made me work hard for it, but I felt like it was because they really wanted to make sure I was right for the job, and that the job was right for me - it was a welcome challenge, and an unusually enjoyable interview process.

The interview was scheduled by HR. Went for first round interview over phone and passed. The second was in person interview with detailed questions about past experiences and accomplishments. Overall, pretty decent interview experience.
