Long and multiple steps to get through process. Difficult interview process you need to be clever with answering questions. Multiple interviews with multiple interviewers…. Not the easiest to get into the organisation. Very cliquey when you enter and difficult to socialise and find friends

Interview
Applied online through Optiver website, then had a phone interview with Talent Partner. Then, scheduled a two-hour on-site interview. On-site interview consisted of a tour, two behavioural interviews with HR Ops Lead and HR Analyst, then a final "coffee chat" with HR Coordinator.
