I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Optiver (Mumbai) in Aug 2023
Interview
The process started with a numerical test (80 in 8) followed by a ton of video games where your reflexes and decision making is tested. The interview rounds consisted of a guesstimate followed by a one-on-one market-making session with the interviewer with the item from the guesstimate as the commodity. HR consisted of the average questions - what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, etc.

The process is hard but exciting. The first online assessment contians bits of coding, quick game skills aswell as logic tests. Overall a good process, but very challenging. D d
OA is extremely difficult.
Two medium questions and one hard question.
Followed by lots of probability and statistics questions.
Then logic questions.
Finally the game, which is the easiest part.
