Interview
80-in-8 mental math, games, sequences (QUITE HARD, there's not really anything online to practice for it), probability, and questionnaire. Standard HR interview asking why optiver and going over CV/cover letter Standard Technical although I messed it up.

Question 1
Why Optiver? Why Trading? Construct a market at a 95% confidence interval on the amount of games of league of legends played every day (I have a history of playing it competitively). I managed to guesstimate an answer that was relatively close.
Initial round of Optiver tests involving mini games, sequences and probability questions, followed by HR behavioral interview where I was asked about my motivations for joining the firm, reasoning for the role (i.e. trading vs research) and past problem-solving experiences.

Interview
The interview is a five-step procedure. The first one is an online assessment including mental math, neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, probability, and personality questionnaires. The second one is a behavioural interview. The third and fourth are technical interviews. and the final one is a behavioral interview. All are virtual.
