My interview with them is next week but from what I hear the HR interview are straight forward. the Classic, why this role? why Optiver? They want to see if you would be a good fit in their culture or not. The technical interview will be a lot of brainteasers and not necessarily case studies.

Started with call with the recruiter, then an online test, then a zoom interview focussing on brain teasers. Finally the assessment day which was a mix of personality interviews, cv interviews, brain teasers and role playing interview
