Interview
The assessment consists of five sections and will have a stop-continue model. After each section your answers will be graded and will proceed to the next section should you pass. Note, if your score does not meet the threshold, the process will end after that section. The full assessment will take approximately 2.5 hours to complete. We understand this is a significant time commitment and therefore recommend you to take breaks in between the sections.

Question 1
1. This 8 minute test will assess your speed and accuracy in basic mental arithmetic. In our experience, candidates are able to improve their performance on this test quite significantly by practicing using online resources. 2. This assessment consists of 9 short neuro-assessment games. Each game lasts between 2 and 15 minutes. The assessment takes about 60 minutes to complete overall. 3. You will have 25 minutes to complete a numerical reasoning test. 4. This test will assess your ability to apply probability theory. You have a limited time per question; and 15 minutes to complete the assessment overall.
The following proces:
1st round were games, including mental math, memory games
2nd round was hr interview, asking questions about motivation
3rd round: technical interview
4th round: technical interview
5th round: at office
I only got past the online assessment and got to the first round which was a HR interview. The online assessment involves 2 tests, probability questions and one with some form of games which test your reaction time, your thinking etc. it was quite fun to do

80x8 Test : mental math exercise where I had to solve 80 short arithmetic problems in 8 minutes without using a calculator or paper. The questions are usually simple in structure—typically involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division of small numbers
