Interview
This company allowed fewer days to complete the online cognitive tests than others, who usually allowed 7 days.
There was no personality test following the test.
The HR notified you no matter whether you passed or not.

Question 1
The cognitive test includes deductive, inductive and numeric questions
Difficult, need to prepare for the mental maths definitely. You can prepare using several online tools but take some weeks. Didnt make it further than the first round of online assessments though.
Just like a normal behavioural interview. Have been asked questions like Why are you interested in quantitative trading and what is ur greatest achievement so far. HR was nice and ask questions based on your answers.
