1st Round - very long online assessment involves quick maths, finding sequences, probability questions and a series of SapQ games
2ndRound - behavioural screening, failed on this one, good experience though. Questions asked are regular behavioural questions

Question 1
Behavioural questions involved: "what is your biggest achievement to date?" "why you want to work as a quantitative trader?" "why Optiver?" "How did you stand out comparing to other candidates?"
Eerste ronde een rekentoets met 80 vragen waar je 8 minuten voor krijgt.
Tweede ronde nog een rekentoets, inductieproblemen, en iets soortgelijks aan een IQ test (patronen herkennen).
Daarna 3 interviews, een HR screening, een technische interview en een final interview.
