Overall you have to know probability really well and have to study for it with target questions or how smart you are does not matter you cannot succeed it. It was an assessment but in order to pass it i think have to prepare for it from everythingquant.

Probablity, number logic and games. You have to be very fast and trained for.
Initial HR interview focused on cultural fit, prior experience, and situational judgment. Did not advance further in the process, but gained valuable insight into Optiver’s specific expectations and role requirements.

Interview
Applied online, then a week later received invite for online assessment. Online assessment: mental maths, probability and games. After, HR behavioural interview (approx 30 minute call about CV and motivations for applying to Optiver).
