After applying to the job, I was contacted by someone in HR for a pre-interview screening. The next step was to take part in a video interview. This was not your normal video interview. You are not being interviewed by someone. Instead, you are prompted with interview questions and you will be given a certain amount of time to record an answer for each question. The questions were pretty straight forward. My suggestion is to do the practice questions a couple times so you feel comfortable with the interview application. After I completed my video interview, I was contacted by the hiring manager and was asked to come in for a in-person interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager and members of the team.

Very professional and through. I was delighted with the facilities and with the professionalism of the employees. I was able to interview with my direct manager, director, and piers. The recruiter was very prompt in processing me after the offer was made and a salary/benefits package was agreed on.
