What do you call a person who invites your for a date and then drops the ball? A jerk - that describes it well. Applied twice, first time no response, 2nd time - got an interview. Two interviewers, one barely speaks English (apparently, a person from HR). A hiring manager was wearing flip flops and not even remotely dressed for an occasion. Both only provided their first names - no title, no business card. Had to bag for an email address. They took terms reading questions from the list & writing comments. No eye contact. Very cold and impersonal. The manager's cell phone constantly rang and she answered it while interviewing. At the end, there was a written assignment. Sent it out on the same day plus a thank you note. No response. Was told at the interview that their process is "lengthy and complex". Did a follow up a few weeks later- never heard from any Options staff back! Don't bother. They are hiring based on the local demographics (Surrey!) and politics, nothing else.
