Role: Clinical Trasition Specialist (Nurse)
Spoke with company’s recruiter for initial interview then interviewed w/hiring Manager “Regional Sales Manager” and then VP of Sales for NE Region.
Company Recruiter: I felt like she asked questions to fill in the blank of a form. Are you legal to wrk in US? What states do u hold ur license in? Etc...
Regional Sales Manger: Very transparent, happy in her role, worked her way up into her managerial position. Described her team with passion. Pretty much sold me the job. Asked questions related more to gauge what I was looking for... where do u see urself in 5 yrs?
Based on prior interview posts for this company I prepared tons of STAR method interview answers and wasn’t asked any. The interview was more like a conversation which I loved. Very personable and removed the slight nervous/anxiety feelings that I usually get on a interview. I’m grateful for the position and to be apart of the team!
