Interview
I had a phone interview, then a face to face interview with the owner. Optimum has a specific interviewing process called Topgrading so be sure to prepare on how you would answer questions. It seems like a great place to work!

Question 1
They asked me about my educational and employment history. In regards to the employment history you will be asked to grade yourself (A,B,C) and how you think your previous employers would rate you. Also have to go over strengths and weaknesses.
