I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpinionLab (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
After one phone interview, I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. I was given two tests, one was written and the other was a game where I had to find all the defects while 2 team members observed my progress. After 3 hours of interviewing with 6 various, paired team members, I was told that they would hold a meeting the next day and get back to the recruiter, but they never did. The whole process felt very unprofessional.

Question 1
Various questions related to testing software and how I would be a good fit with my previous experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OpinionLab
Interview
After two good phone interviews, I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. The process involved a test, followed by six 30-minute interviews with various team members. I was told that they would reach out the next week to follow up, and they never did. When I followed up with the recruiter, I was told that he would be in contact the following week instead. Now its been a month since my interview and no response yet. Obviously I did not get the role, but I find it unprofessional to give no response whatsoever. After taking a day off of work to come in for 4 hours, I felt I deserved at least an email telling me that they had gone in a different direction, if not a phone call.
