Light screening by HR followed by a too, long interview. Typically an interview takes 30-45 minutes for a face to face. I was there about 1:10 minutes. I did not meet the team and I thought that was strange.

It is very informal and friendly. We talked about my previous experience and what I wanted for my future. I was asked to have a go at a call during the interview, which gave me an indication of what the job involves and demonstrated my ability's.

Initial phone screen from their recruitment team and then first interview with the manager of the Dallas team, where we found out about each other. This was followed by a roleplay via phone and then a further discussion on the role.
