Operating Engineers Local 3 interview questions

This review is for Technical Engineers Apprenticeship. I had a bad experience interviewing there. I was contacted to be told the date and time of my interview but with no further details. Arrived on-site on time to my interview and didn't expect that I had to wait for over 30-minutes to be interviewed. They had scheduled a candidate before and after me. The candidate went before me took over 30-minutes while I was waiting another candidate came in waiting after me. Workers who came into the room have their head down because they don't want to make eye-contact. I had waited for over 30-minutes and not one person bother to offer water, give direction to their restroom, and even mentioned about the wait. When I had asked, one worker had the nerves to tell me she doesn't know and she doesn't play a part in the process. By her attitude there is no team work. Finally, I had reached the interviewer and they ignored the fact I have been waiting outside with no water and restroom. They have me take a seat with the sitting arrangement positioned awkwardly. The big boss, I supposed, was sitting inside her desk while her colleague arranged a chair right next to her, which made it hard to give eye-contact. The moment I was called in for the interview I was ready to leave the place, but regretted not leaving fast enough.
