The process was described to me as: a phone interview with HR, followed by a video interview with a developer with some coding, and then an interview with the dev manager.

Question 1
After going over my 5 years of experience in software, for a position that was looking for 2+ years of experience, the interviewer said that they were looking for someone with more experience.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Openbay (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
The process what fairly straight forward, consisting of a phone screen with the recruiter and an in person a few days later with members of the team.
The phone screen was relatively short, due to a time constraint, but what little time we had was solid enough to warrant the follow up on site with the team.
I met with 4 members over the course of a couple hours. I was asked about my background, what I knew, what I'd done in the past. The conversation was very casual and upbeat. I got a great sense of the general vibe of the company from meeting with everyone.
I was asked to have a follow up web chat with the ceo, which went great. Got a ton of my questions answered and made me all the more excited about the position and the company. Overall a good experience.

Question 1
You've got a lot of sales I. Your background, why are you making the switch to customer success?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Openbay (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The hiring manager was one of the main reasons I was so excited about this opportunity. She immediately impressed me and made me feel valued and comfortable throughout the process. Each person I met during my interviews was a true reflection of the wonderful culture at Openbay.
