I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at OpenDoor Coliving in Sep 2017
Interview
I received an email from the recruiter asking when a good time for a call with the hiring manager would be. I responded and she set up a call with myself and the hiring manager. I was surprised to not have a call with her first. I was on the phone with the hiring manager for maybe 5 minutes before stating that I was looking for an opportunity to work from home part of the time if not all the time. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have asked the recruiter this before wasting his time and that in the future I should do this. Wow! That is great interview manners. There are a couple disconnects and problems here that I see. 1. The recruiter should have had a phone conversation with me prior to setting one up with the hiring manager. 2. That manager seems to be taking his frustrations out on the wrong person. I wouldn't want to work for him, that is for sure!

Question 1
There wasn't any other than me sharing info about myself and stating that I was looking for a remote position. That's when things went sour in my opinion.
