Instead of a phone interview, they used Spark Hire, a one-way interviewing webcam system that records your answers to 3 different questions. After it was approved, I was invited to come into the Los Feliz office for an interview. Small office, you can tell it's still a pretty small startup (40 people max). I met with 4 people. They asked hard questions. Be prepared. The entire process took a longer time than I anticipated. From the time of the Spark Hire interview to the in person interview itself, about 2-3 weeks passed.
