Take home coding exercise. Seemed like trying to get candidate to do work for the company that was going to be used for actual business needs. Additionally seems like an inexperienced engineering team that has mostly executed rather than hired. Stay away and do not waste time interviewing!!
As the other reviewer stated, after you complete the grueling production ready assessment they ghost you. Don't even dignify you with a response after you have put so much effort into the project.
