The interview questions were straight forward and common questions.

Interview
You'll most likely have a group interview. The CFO will probably interview you. She will primarily give you a large sales pitch on OATI. You will be asked a few questions based on your schooling and past experience. This was overall a very easy interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Open Access Technology International (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2015
Interview

The entire interview was very short and most of the interview was spent with the interviewer just talking about the company and only asked me a couple questions about my background.
