Online Optimism interview questions

Phone interview, then a Zoom interview second round where they just ask more specifics about you as a person. They’re very low stress, kind of casual conversations. The second round is with the CEO and head of department, but they’re very kind and respectful

Interviewer was very straight to the point and didn't give much room for me to be personable. Did a 4 hour assessment which was annoying but I was fairly compensated for it.
