In the first place, I've received a phone call from one of their employees whereas he explained to me their business model, what the company is doing and soon afterwards we had sort of an interview where I received relevant questions about the stuff I've mentioned on my CV. Soon after that, I received an email with a test which said that I have exactly 24 hours to submit my solution so I did. Once done that there was an interview with the CTF where I had to explain my thought process while solving the test. For me, this was a completely new experience since all the other jobs on which I've applied till the time being were bias so to say, whereas they ll only judge you only based on your cv, only a few actually come with relevant to the position questions.
